Refund policy

All orders are eligible for refund prior to shipment or if unopened within 30 days of purchase (shipping cost is non-refundable if the order has been shipped). We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken because these products are personal hygiene items and as a startup we don't have the resource to clean, sterilize and repack them. If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend selling them on Facebook Pumping/Breastfeeding groups so that another mom could still use them. Thank you for your understanding!
