We process and ship out all orders Monday through Saturday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out on the same or next business day, Monday through Saturday, not including holidays. Standard shipping takes approximately 4-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If your order includes pre-order items, the in-stock items would be shipped first (except for international orders, which will ship when everything is in stock).

You may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19, especially for international orders and unfortunately we couldn't control the process.

All orders are eligible for refund prior to shipment or if unopened within 30 days of purchase (shipping cost is non-refundable if the order has been shipped). We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken because these products are personal hygiene items and as a startup we don't have the resource to clean, sterilize and repack them. If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend selling them on Facebook Pumping/Breastfeeding groups so that another mom could still use them. Thank you for your understanding.
